OUR REVIEW:
As many reviewers will show in their reviews--it's better not to say too much because the more you explain, the more you give away, so I won't do that here. What I will say is that it's an interesting mix of romance and action and M. Night Shyamalan-esque stuff going on--light on the romance and heavier on the other aspects. Other things I can share is that it's a stand alone novel; there's a resolution at the end and that the characters are older teens (I can definitely see my students intrigued by this novel).
The last thing I can share that isn't a spoiler is that this is something completely new from Ginger Scott. It is absolutely crazy different from anything she's ever done--it's the thing we love about her: she is fearless about taking risks and trying to challenge herself and her readers. So while you may feel a little nervous about going into this one blind, we definitely suggest that you do and we think you'll be glad you did.
